Trinity Bay Conservation District (TBCD) 409 267-3602 has an 8 inch waterline in Wallisville-Liberty Rd ROW in front of +/- 3ac (see attached Survey TXDOT 0.926ac). TBCD does not yet have a sanitary sewer line along this stretch of Wallisville-Liberty Rd or I-10 frontage road; however, development near the DPS office, east of 3ac Property, may be bring sanitary sewer much closer to this location. Therefore and until TBCD brings sanitary sewer service to the 3ac property, sanitary sewer service for development would be via septic/aerobic system acceptable to Chambers County through Environmental Health & Permitting Dept.
