18 Acre citrus grove

This little grove is about 50/50 Hamlin-Valencia. It is an older grove and needs quite a few resets or would be good conversion to one of the newer variaties.

Irrigation is micro-jet with 4" electric well that runs irrigation in sections. The grove has had very little care but current production does pay for what maintenance is done!

This property also has the advantage of paved county maintained roads on 4 sides and if desired the Buyer could divide into (3) 5 acre tracts or maintain some grove and build a home there.

The property is just South of the Lake Buffum County boat landing and it could be assumed that being on the South side of this lake could provide some cold protection.
