The property is just one mile south of the historic Dade City Downtown. This property was part of a three property portfolio of small mobile home parks owned by a local investor and subjected to a bank foreclosure action. The future land use plan designation is ROR (Retail/Office/Residential). Principal permitted uses include dwellings: mobile homes, single family modular or factory built dwellings, noncommercial boat slips, piers or residential docking facilities and public schools.
