Ghassan Jadoun, CCIM

I am Ghassan Jadoun, AKA Gus Jadoun, owner and broker of Ace Real Estate Group, based in New Port Richey, Florida. I specialize in representing buyers and sellers of commercial and investment properties throughout the Tampa Bay area.

Before opening my own brokerage, I spent seven years with Prudential Commercial, serving as the sole commercial real estate agent in its Port Richey office. My professional designations include Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), Accredited Land Consultant (ALC), and Graduate, REALTOR® Institute (GRI).

Throughout my career, I have received numerous awards for commercial real estate sales and leasing, including Pinnacle Awards from the Florida Gulf Coast Commercial Association of Realtors and Costar Power Broker recognition for retail and leasing volume. In 2017, I earned first place in the retail category from the Florida Gulf Coast Commercial Association of Realtors.

As a longtime Tampa Bay resident, I bring more than 35 years of experience in the retail, industrial, and automotive industries, along with 20 years of experience as a private investor and business broker. This background gives me a practical understanding of business operations, property values, and the factors that drive successful real estate investments.

I combine local market knowledge, investment analysis, strategic pricing, and negotiation skills to help clients make informed decisions. Whether listing a property, identifying an investment opportunity, or finding the right location for a business, I provide personal attention and guidance throughout the transaction.

I am a member of the National Association of Realtors, Florida Realtors, the Florida Gulf coast Commercial Association of Realtors, and the Pasco County Board of Realtors. I am also fluent in Hebrew and Arabic, allowing me to serve a diverse range of clients.
