Bill is a member of the Greater Lake County Association of Realtors; the Florida Association of Realtors;the National Association of Realtors; Central Florida Commercial Association of Realtors {CFCAR}; Mult-Million Dollar Sales Club {GLCAR}; Friends of the Library; Leesburg Center for the Arts; and the Leesburg Partnership. Bill has served his local community as a Business Administration Advisory Committee member for Lake Sumter Community College and as Chairman of the Coral Springs Planning and Zoning Board.  He has been President, Treasurer and a Director of several Home Owners Associations and Condominium Associations over the years. Many of the managed properties are multi-unit, multi-tenant properties requiring professional management skills to maintain high occupancy and low operating costs.
