Scott Dahin is from Fort Myers, Florida and a passionate commercial real estate broker, investor and a leader in the local CRE community. After Scott received a Bachelor's in Business at Champlain College in Burlington, Vermont. Scott moved to Central Florida and joined KW Commercial at KW Heritage Realty in 2010 as a sales agent specializing in investment sales of self-storage, industrial, office and retail properties. Scott has represented over $30,000,000 in closed volume of self-storage deals in the past 8 years.

Since 2013, Scott has worked closely as the Vice President and Director of Acquisitions of Home Star Storage to develop and impliment business strategies, financial models and organization management.

Scott is now a principal with Axcess Capital Solutions, LLC a boutique commercial real estate company specializing in the acquisition and disposition in self storage and industrial property throughout Florida.
