Lee posts impressive numbers in sales and leasing with transactions totaling over $850M+. Additionally, Lee holds the two highly coveted commercial designations of SIOR and CCIM. He joins a tightly-knit national network of top CRE Brokers in the U.S. with select membership only through rigorous examinations and substantial transaction & dollar volume qualifications. As a commercial property owner as well, Lee’s proven skills of owner/tenant/investor analysis, creates an immediate bond and connection with all types of property owners.
