I have over 20 years of experience working in the environmental lands market working with landowners, public entities, developers and builders attain their CWA approvals through mitigation. I am very knowledgeable of the ever changing wetland and conservation banking industry and have been involved with multiple mitigation and conservation banks in Florida including the permitting and marketing. New markets are here in Florida such as Stormwater Treatment, Storage and currently a voluntary carbon credit program. The demand for more mitigation land seems inevitable as Florida's. population continues to grow.
