Vahid Rajabian

I've been active in Florida real estate for over 23 years, specializing in commercial and residential land, development opportunities, and investment properties.

Throughout my career, I've facilitated the sale of thousands of residential lots, working with individual investors, national and regional homebuilders, developers, and institutional buyers.

As a Broker Associate with M. David Moallem, Inc., my expertise includes commercial and multifamily development sites, residential land portfolios, and investment properties throughout Palm Bay, Brevard County, and Central Florida.

My background also includes commercial retail leasing, property management, and business operations, giving me a broader understanding of real estate investments and development potential.

I believe in straightforward communication, accurate market evaluations, and building long-term relationships by helping clients make informed real estate decisions.
