Vivian Arroyo-Kou is the Founder-Broker of SCG Commercial Collective (SCGCC), a commercial real estate brokerage based in Orlando, Florida, specializing in retail assets and focused on investment sales and leasing, with a strong track record representing owner-occupiers, tenants, and investors throughout Central Florida. 
 
She has built her practice on the ability to adapt - scaling her approach from small and growing businesses to larger portfolio transactions and institutional clients without losing the hands-on attention that defines her work.
