Luis A. Badillo

I was born in Colombia, South America and arrived in New York at 3 years old. I went to school in NY and relocated to Miami, Florida in 1984. I joined Keller Williams Realty in 2003 as a Residential Listing Specialist.

Since then my development into the commercial division in 2009 has been a positive one with representations in the following:

-Net Leased Sales: Dollar General, Family Dollar, McDonalds
-Professional office space: Sales/Leasing
-Industrial Warehouse: Sales/Leasing
-Hotel/Restaurant: Sales
-1031 Exchange Sales & Acquisitions
-Flex Space: Leasing
-Multi Family: Sales

I have been licensed since 2003 with Keller Williams Realty Premier Properties and in 2009 with KW Commercial, the commercial arm of Keller Williams Realty.

Thank you!
