Fred Kermani, CCIM, AIA is a licensed real estate broker in Florida and California and a licensed architect in Florida. With an impressive career that includes roles at industry leaders such as Coldwell Banker, CBRE, and CRE Consultants, he returned to Coldwell Banker Commercial in March 2026.
Fred offers a unique service to his clients, leveraging his extensive experience in design, planning, and real estate both domestically and internationally. His multidisciplinary background enables him to save clients time and money by providing a comprehensive range of services. Through feasibility studies and investment analysis, he assists clients in making informed decisions on alternative investments and development opportunities and exploring the best use of their properties. Fred has been practicing real estate in the U.S. since 1983. He has also been active in planning and architecture overseas and in the U.S. since 1967. Early in his career, he was instrumental in developing several major city master plans and transport networks. Fred participated in various residential and commercial developments in Naples and has been involved in numerous significant commercial real estate transactions, including vacant land and investment properties in Southwest Florida.
