Debra Stracke Anderson CCIM, SIOR is president and CEO of Sloan Street Advisors / ITRA Global, an international commercial real estate firm based in the Washington, D.C. area. The company provides transactional representation, brokerage and consulting services exclusively for corporate tenants and buyers of properties in the District of Columbia and its suburbs, in addition to representing clients on an international basis. Ms. Anderson founded the firm in 2000 following a nearly 20 year career as an executive with regional and international commercial real estate organizations. Her company represents clients ranging from private investors and entrepreneurial entities to Fortune 500 companies in their real estate matters.

Sloan Street Advisors / ITRA Global is the Washington, D.C. affiliate for the International Tenant Representative Alliance (www.itraglobal.com), the largest organization devoted to corporate tenant and buyer representation. With its service across the Americas, Europe, Asia and the Pacific Rim, ITRA Global is active in more than 90 U.S. and overseas markets, providing clients with principal-level representation worldwide. Ms. Anderson is immediate past chairman of the board for ITRA Global and currently serves as chairman emeritus. She recently received the Exemplary Service Award from ITRA Global, highlighting outstanding leadership and contributions to the organization. 

Mr. Anderson is a licensed principal broker in the District of Columbia, Virginia and Maryland and earned both the CCIM and SIOR professional designations. She is a member of the Society of Industrial and Office Real Estate, is a Certified Commercial Investment Member of the CCIM Institute and is a frequent author for business and real estate publications. She was named one of the "Best of 2010" by the Mid-Atlantic Real Estate Journal and represented the tenant in one of the Washington Business Journal's "Largest Office Leases in 2010".  Ms. Anderson also serves on the board of directors for Stop Child Abuse Now and on the advisory council for Programs for Youth.
