I actively list, sell, and develop properties in Southwest Florida within the Counties of Sarasota, Manatee and Charlotte. These include the Cities of Sarasota, Bradenton, Venice, Punta Gorda, and North Port, including Port Charlotte, and Englewood. I handle the sale of Retail, Industrial, Office and Land property types. I also assemble property for investors and developers. I've been active in the Sarasota, Manatee and Charlotte County real estate markets here in Southwest Florida since 1984.
I've also developed, and now own, the Starbucks and FedEx Office in Venice, FL, along with the Verizon Wireless (corporate) store and Aspen Dental in Port Charlotte, FL. I also own and manage other real estate investments.
I perform commercial BPOs for various financial institutions.
