Scott Lloyd CCIM, RPA, Principal of LCA has been advising small and medium sized companies with direct regard to their commercial real estate needs since 1998. Throughout his 24-year real estate career, Scott has managed millions of square feet – representing all classes of commercial real estate and completed well over thirteen hundred lease and sale transactions on behalf of tenants, property owners and investors in the acquisition or disposition of land, office, industrial, aviation-related and retail properties. It is an honor to bring the expertise and systems of the large corporate brokers and developers, and provide those same tools to small-to-mid sized companies and vital non-profits.
With the successful completion of tens-of-millions of dollars in construction management and property development projects, Lloyd and his highly qualified team at LCA is well-suited to tailor a comprehensive and ultra-efficent real estate program to benefit most organizations. By acting as an organization’s de facto real estate department, LCA can assure organizations that their critical real estate decisions are based on precise financial assumptions, immediate market conditions and realistic, economy-based forecasts.
Scott is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), a Real Property Administrator (RPA) and obtained a BBA in Real Estate and Finance from the University of North Texas. He is a court-appointed reciever and has been active in numerous community-based and professional organizations including NAIOP, ULI, ICSC, BOMA, CFCAR, the American Association of Airport Executives (AAAE) and the Orlando Economic Partnership f/k/a the Metro Orlando Economic Development Commission. Scott currently serves on the City of Orlando's Board of Zoning Adjustment and is Treasurer of the Thornton Park District's Main Street Board. Scott is a licensed Florida Real Estate Broker and is honored to have served as the 2017 President for the Florida CCIM Chapter.
