Big John Plaza, a historic shopping center in Cape Coral, has been a community staple since its establishment in 1960. This iconic plaza has witnessed the city's evolution and has grown alongside it, serving as a testament to Cape Coral's rich history. In 2019, Big John Plaza underwent a complete renovation, breathing new life into the center while preserving its nostalgic charm. The renovation was followed by the installation of a new roof in 2023, further enhancing its appeal and durability.
Today, the plaza is 100% occupied and houses twenty diverse tenants, many of which are long term and each contributing to the vibrant atmosphere that Big John Plaza is known for.
