Oriole Logistics Center is a three-building industrial park located on Oriole Road directly off Alico Road. One 136,000 SF warehouse building and one 153,000 SF warehouse building have already been constructed and are fully leased. We are currently offering a build-to-suit opportunity for the third building. A similar warehouse to building 2, comprising 153,000 SF, with a 32’ clear height, up to twenty-eight (28) dock-high doors, and up to four (4) drive-in doors via ramps, or any other building size and configuration, can be built on the remaining 7± acres.
