Produce Park

Tampa Produce Park is located just north of Hillsborough Avenue, conveniently close to the I-275 interchange and I-4/US 301 interchange.  The park site features numerous mature oaks and is fully fenced with an automatic security gate providing limited, secure access after hours and on weekends.  The park is well lighted at night and located in a hub of government operated facilities including the Florida Highway Patrol, a police substation and Tampa General Hospitals Central Stores warehouse.  Each unit is individually metered for electric service.  200 amp/3 Phase power is standard to each building.  There are 52 madadam paved spaces, including 4 HC spaces.  The pre-engineered steel frame buildings have stuccoed concrete block exterior walls to 8 feet with insulated steel panels above.  The roof is steel with fiberglass skylights and has a four foot overhand in the front to protect the entries from rain.
