THE OPPORTUNITY: TOWN CENTER
As the primarily residential phases and infrastructure start coming to life, the Olympus team is seeking experienced groups to partner with on the development of Town Center phase of the project. The Town Center will serve as the commercial hub and community center of the project, connecting the residential areas with the commercial and sports venues. As the heart of the project, the Town Center will draw and serve local, regional, and national visitors alike. The Town Center entitlements are summarized below:

  • Two Hotels: 160 Key & 175 Key
