Tesoro de Dorado is a mixed-use project site, located in the Municipality of Dorado, Puerto Rico in the intersection of three major Roads PR 2, PR 165 and PR 693, with three near accesses to Highway 22 (part of the Federal Highway System). It has an approved Commercial Site (Shopping Center) of 286,000.00 sq. ft. in 33.9317 acres, a Residential Area of 207 lots (units) of 450 sq mt. in 41.3748 acres and Light Industrial site in 2.9420 acres. This mixed-use project was approved by the Puerto Rico Planning Board (PRPB) permits ready for development.
