Manatee Landing Motel

In Weeki Wachee a 5 Unit Motel + a 26 foot 5th Wheel RV all on a canal to the crystal clear waters of the Weeki Wachee River. Famous for The Weeki Wachee Mermaid show in the Springs of the Weeki Wachee River at the Weeki Wachee State Park. The River is home to many manatees during the winter months because they like the 72 degree water that comes from the springs. The springs produce 112 million gallons of water a day and the river flows 7.4 miles from the Springs to the Gulf of Mexico. A dream for kayakers and canoeists.

The Motel has been totally remodelled. New Metal Roof, doors, floors, paint, bathrooms, appliances, water heater, paint, security cameras and a dock. There are 2 larger units that have full kitchens and 3 efficiency units that are equipped with a refrigerator and microwave. Then the extra 5th wheel unit can be a 6th rental unit or can be used as an owners unit. There is a laundry room in the Motel that guests may use during their stay. Kayak and canoe rentals are available nearby.
