Florida Blueberry Farm - 80 acre farm with approximately 30 acres of planted blueberries in 9 varieties of 3-4 year old plants, plus another 20 acres being prepared for organic planting, an additional 30 acres of wooded acreage that can be cleared and planted. The Farm features a 12" & 4" wells and permits for 2 additional wells which provide overhead irrigation as well main lines for drip irrigation all of which are in place. There is also a 3,600 sq.ft. greenhouse, potential to purchase additional acreage, equipment and a 28,000 sq.ft. office site packing house if desired. Currently there are around 47,000 bushes which produce approximately 7,400 lbs of berries per acre or 222,000 lbs per year which can vary somewhat in any given year.
