This is one of the best private airports in Florida. It is owner owned and operated by the owners. Only about 16 miles NW of Orlando and 3 miles NW of Apopka just off of US Highway 441. The asphalt runway is 3,967 feet long and 60 feet wide with night lights and an asos weather system and self service fuel. Aircraft range from light jets, turbine helicopters, multi-engine and piston singles.

This airport is setup as a condo ownership where each hangar owner owns the land and a portion of the runway, taxiways and common areas of the entire airport. Each hangar lot is accessed $1200 per year for maintenance of the entire facitity including the runway and taxiways.
