The subject property is located within the city limits of Rockledge, Florida. Rockledge is an established community and the oldest municipality (1887) in Brevard County. The site is on the Southwest corner of Murrell Road and Levitt Parkway.

The site is about 1.5 miles North of Barnes Boulevard with the I 95 Interchange at Barnes Boulevard approximately a mile West of Murrell Road. The growing golf communities of Viera and Suntree with heavy commercial and residential growth started in North Melbourne and have spread North to Barnes Boulevard.
