The parcel is located at the intersection of Town Center Boulevard and Gornto Lake Road. Town Center Boulevard is one of the primary southern access roads into the mall from Providence Road and Gornto Lake Road is a major north-south road from Causeway Boulevard to Town Center Boulevard. Construction is underway to extend Gornto Lake Road from Town Center Boulevard north to State Road 60 with construction completion estimated to be around Aug/Sept 2013. The addition of the Gornto Lake Road extension will greatly enhance the visibility and traffic for both parcels. A maximum of 40,000 square feet of office can be built between the two parcels, subject to seller’s approval.
