LOCATION DESCRIPTION Steeplechase Estates are situated on the west side of M-J Road between Clay Gully Road and SR 70 in Myakka City, Manatee County, Florida 34251. Two platted entries for Steeplechase, Phases I, II, and III are located along the westerly side of M-J Road, one near the southeast corner and one near the northeast corner of the site. Additional access is provided by Steeplechase Drive via Clay Gully Road at the southeast corner of the site. The main access and spine roads for the development are Steeplechase Drive and Hunt Club Drive.
