After Kicks School

This is a two story masonry office-warehouse building located on the NE corner of Cleveland Street and Rome Avenue in the Hyde Park area of South Tampa.  The parking lot is located across the alley on the east side of the property.  The building is currently used for a day care (After Kicks) and a Tae Kwon Do school and the parking lot is used as a playground.  The office building is 2,268 sf with an additional 656 sf of air-conditioned warehouse with 20' ceiling and two 10'x10' overhead doors.  There is a finished apartment on the second floor.
