The topography of the subject property appears to be basically level and nearly at grade with County Road 740. The property is primarily covered by vegetation and some areas in the southern portions sparsely covered in native oak trees. All of the property boundaries are fenced with 5-strand barbed wire on wooden posts. There is a sand mound and large on-site retention pond near the southern boundary.
Access: Frontage and access on the south side of County Road 740 approximately 1,300 feet west of State Road 471. The County Road 740 right-of-way is unknown and has been estimated at 20 feet. The property has good access to the major arterials serving the area and region including US Highway 301, State Roads 44 and 50, and Interstate 75.
