The asset consists of 2 separate parcels. The first is a 4 acre parcel located on Nine Eagles Drive zoned for commercial uses. The second parcel is a 51.6± acre parcel zoned for recreational uses and open spaces which appears to be land locked. Both parcels are adjacent to “The Eagles” golf community, a deed-restricted community that contains 1,034 home sites on 1,039 acres with gated access. There are two golf courses, The Eagles Golf Course and the Silver Dollar Golf Club, within the community.

Located just east of the Pinellas County Line in Hillsborough County, about twenty minutes from downtown Tampa. The Suncoast Parkway is to the east, providing easy access within the area.

Access is via Eagles Entry Drive in The Eagles subdivision. Eagles Entry Drive is off Patterson Rd., which connects with Race Track Road to the south or Tarpon Springs Road to the north.
