Access: Duval Park is accessed by turning south off of 54th Ave. North at 45th Street. The community is located due east of the Wellington School just past the new entrance to Joe’s Creek Greenway Park. The community is gated and fully fenced. It is not accessible from the east.

Size: The site is 9.87± acres, generally level and free of wetlands. There is an additional parcel of 2.94± acres just west of the subject parcel that could be sold with the subject parcel or separately. There are 88 finished lots consisting of 48 - Single Family Lots averaging 32’ x 70’ and 40 - Townhome lots averaging 30’ x 60’ each.
