As an Army Brat I attended public schools in California, Florida and eventually Oklahoma where I received my degree. I was recruited by Pepsi-Co. while in college and went into their fast-track restaurant management program. I soon became a multi-unit operations manager and controlled as many as eight profit centers. I developed skills in managing people and maximizing profits in these profit centers which has helped me in analyzing income producing real estate assets. As a result of my background, I am able to see opportunities in income producing assets and I can show Buyers and Sellers where the assets can be improved financially. I have been involved in shopping center sales, industrial sales and leasing, and business brokerage. My most notable successes have come from selling income producing assets.

I got involved with the CCIM Program in 2005 and received a scholarship for the CI-101 Course. After the Intro Course I went on to get my designation in less than 18 months, with the help of my Mentor. I am currently the East Coast District Scholarship Chairperson for Florida's CCIM Chapter and I hope to mentor a few CCIM candidates in the future.
