The company's focus was on corporate real estate services in New York and Joe developed a national investment platform for the placement of private equity in investment properties. The company was awarded many accolades including the business of the year as well as ranking as number 1 on the top 25-commercial real estate brokerage companies in Albany, NY.

CCIM Involvement:
Joe has served the CCIM Institute for over 24-years as Chapter president for two chapters, the New York State CCIM Chapter and the Upstate New York CCIM Chapter; served as Regional Vice President on two separate occasions; served on the Board of Directors for over 14-years; served on the Executive Committee and was a Presidential Liaison.
Joe is a CCIM senior instructor teaching, for the institute around the world for the Institute. He has been awarded, on three separate occasions, the CCIM Instructor of the year award for CI 103. He is very involved with leadership development and was instrumental in the development and implementation of the CCIM Chapter and RVP Officer training program.
