Hunter Strickland is a native central Floridian and a third-generation commercial real estate professional. He is a graduate of the University of Central Florida with a degree in Business Administration with a major in Entrepreneurship. Throughout his career Hunter has been involved in a variety of sales and marketing positions and previously focused exclusively on representing industrial warehouse landlords on the acquisition, disposition, and leasing of industrial warehouse space throughout Central Florida.

Hunter currently works on identifying and sourcing vacant land parcels suitable for development of luxury rental apartments and mixed-use projects, obtaining entitlements, project design, financial modeling, underwriting, permitting, project funding, construction management, marketing, and lease up.
