With over 40 years of building experience, Carl Trauger is a seasoned developer and builder of commercial and residential communities in both South and Central Florida. In 1976 he formed Trend Setter Homes. It’s goal was to fill the need for both imaginatively designed homes and communities. A position it had continually maintained over the years.
Mr. Trauger has been the focus of featured articles in both major national and regional publications. Mr. Trauger has served as a judge for the prestigious Sensible Growth Planning and Design Awards and as a member of the Home Builders Associations. He was also invited on several occasions as a speaker before the National Association of Homebuilders Conventions.
In 1986, upon selling several of his commercial properties, Mr. Trauger became more passively involved as a real estate consultant and the construction management for various developer’s throughout the United States.
Prior to becoming involved with BHGRE Commercial as a sales associate, Carl was the top sales person for another commercial real estate brokerage firm.
Carl is married with two daughters and two grandchildren. His personal interests are skiing, outdoor activities, yoga and a strong devotion to his grandchildren.
