Marc Oram,CCIM is the Broker owner of RE/MAX Realty Associates serving South Florida and the Greater Fort Lauderdale Real Estate Market.
Prior to Starting RE/MAX Realty Associates Marc was a Senior Advisor for RE/MAX Commercial Associates and a National Commercial Real Estate firm. Previously the broker of record for RE/MAX Hometown, one of the nation's largest real estate companies. Marc was responsible for overseeing multiple offices and over 160 of the top South Florida real estate Broker's and Agents doing numerous real estate transactions with sales over $500,000,000 annually. He has been named as a Power Broker by RISMedia and CoStar Group.
Marc Oram is actively involved in the commercial real estate community and has the prestigious Certified Commercial Investment Member designation (CCIM). Oram has been an active licensed Florida Real Estate Broker since 1990 and a Florida State Mortgage Broker since 1994. He has been a member of the Florida Association of Realtors and National Association of Realtors since 1990.
