Carol is president of Convergent Commercial. Carol's extensive experience in the commercial real estate industry includes business development and marketing roles, with the last 18 years as a real estate agent, property manager and broker.
Convergent Commercial combines the strength of national platforms and training with local market knowledge and relationships to achieve the maximum value and solutions for CRE investors and business owners.
Carol is active in the Florida CCIM Chapter's Central District and the Florida CCIM Chapter. She is a past board member, Hallmark Awards Chair & Past President of the Central Florida Commercial Association of Realtors. She is a proud member of the CCIM Institute and was given the distinguished Hank Thompson Award by the Florida CCIM Chapter in 2023 for leadership and service. Carol loves exploring Florida's many waterways with husband Robert in their flats boat, always on the lookout for their next adventure.
