Client Review

"To say that I have been very impressed by Ben’s attention to transaction details and knowledge of local and national real estate trends, is an understatement. Over the last 35 years (in various management positions in commercial real estate with a very large bank, a major Wall Street firm, two NYSE REITs and a healthcare firm with over 100 office locations), I can recall very few brokers that compare to Mr. Bruner in terms of customer service and execution of assignments. I never have a concern that Ben might be showing us only certain listings or swaying us toward a certain building for his personal benefit as I have seen other brokers do. ” -Steve Iler Brookdale Senior Living
