Brian is currently a Senior Associate with NAI Farbman. He has comprehensive market knowledge of various segements in the greater Detroit area industrial market, including warehousing and distribution product in the Airport District as well as the suburban flex warehouses.

Education
Brian is a Graduate of Wayne State University School of Business where he received a B.S. in Corporate Finance.
He is also currently working on a Master' s Degree program at Wayne State University. Brian is also in the process of obtaining the SIOR designation for realtors.

Background & Experience
Since 1986, Brian has been involved with asset valuation, development of sales and leasing of various facets of commercial property with a primary focus on the industrial market and vacant land. Transaction experience ranges from sales and leasing, tenant representation, lease negotiations, adaptive re-use, Brownfield re-development, build to suit, vacant land development, landlord representation and property management
