Skip began his real estate career as a mortgage banker in 1977 and first became a licensed real estate agent in 1983.  Over his career in mortgage banking and real estate he has served in upper level management positions for both a regional bank and a national mortgage company.  He has also served as a director and stockholder in both a privately held mortgage company and a residential and commercial real estate development firm.

 

Skip served in the US Military ending his duty with a tour in Viet Nam.  He is an alumnus of the University of Memphis, served as a member of City of Bartlett Industrial Development Board Member, as President of both the Bartlett and Millington Jaycees, as President of the St Ann Bartlett Catholic School Home and School Board and as President of the Memphis Mortgage Bankers Association.  Along with serving on various committes, he presently serves as a member of the Development Committee of the Memphis Association of Realtors, and is an active member of Tennessee Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors. He has specific and varied expertise in residential, commercial, and multifamily real estate acquisition, development, construction, sales, management, loan underwriting, and real estate valuation. Skip is also a Member of the National and Local CCIM Chapters.
