Chad began his real estate career in 1988 and is considered a top authority on industrial properties in the Grand Rapids area. He has been the industrial reporter for SIOR in West Michigan. Chad joined Grand Real Estate in 1997 as a Partner. Through mergers, the company has currently become NAI Wisinski of West Michigan, where Chad is currently an Industrial Specialist. Chad specializes in the purchase, sale and leasing of industrial properties, and assists clients in analyzing build to suit options and investment opportunities.
