Mr. Caulum has 25 years of private sector real estate experience and has represented clients in the successful completion of over 600 sale and lease transactions since 2005. He is one just two SIOR’s in Wisconsin to have earned the “Dual Specialist” (office specialist and industrial specialist) distinction.

Mr. Caulum specializes in the areas of office, industrial and vacant land properties and provides an array of corporate real estate services including brokerage, site selection, negotiation, financial analysis, and development consulting. Recent clients include Becton Dickinson, Cummins, Cupertino Electric, Dane County Humane Society, M3 Insurance Solutions, Object Pharma, The Morgridge Institute for Research, Riddell, STIHL, Weir Minerals, and the Wisconsin Medical Society.

Chris believes in ‘win-win’ outcomes while successfully advocating for his clients to capitalize on opportunities in the marketplace. This approach has led to consistent recognition for his work, including 13 "Deal of the Year" Awards by the Commercial Brokers Group of Madison since their inception in 2012. He has also been named a CoStar Power Broker every year since 2011.

Mr. Caulum oversees Oakbrook's commercial brokerage and research units. Oakbrook conducts research on the Madison office and industrial markets and publishes trends reports and forecasts and Mr. Caulum regularly shares Oakbrook’s research in presentations to business organizations and financial institutions.
