Angela has been a commercial real estate professional since 2005 and is licensed in both Texas and Florida. Prior to her commercial real estate career, she spent over 16 years in the home improvement industry in the corporate roles of merchandising, national accounts, and outside sales. Her experience and expertise includes marketing, sales, leasing, and portfolio management of office, retail, medical, technology, flex-space, and industrial properties, as well as acquisitions, due diligence, and project redevelopment. She has been responsible for all sales, leasing, acquisitions, and marketing of the commercial property portfolios for various entities in multiple states throughout her commercial real estate career. Angela has owned her own commercial brokerage firm, earned her CCIM designation in 2013, and is experienced in collaborating with project management teams for the renovation of numerous office, technology, retail, and mixed-use projects. She specializes in working with owner-developers on acquisitions for investments and re-development as well as leasing. Angela’s professionalism, diplomacy, creativity, resourcefulness, tenacity, and vision are the key components in assisting her clients and customers with achieving their investment goals. One of her favorite inspirational quotes is from the Star Wars saga: “Do, or do not. There is no try.” She attended the University of South Florida in Tampa and resides in McKinney with her family.
