My market area is Greater Knoxville Tennessee, where I specialize in industrial, land, and commercial leases. Frank Weiskopf, CCIM
Frank Weiskopf moved to Tennessee, with his wife Evelyn, in 1974. This was after graduating from MIZZOU with Bachelors of Science in Mechanical Engineering. In 1979, he obtained a Professional Engineer designation from the State of Tennessee, in 1982, he began his career in commercial real estate working as a commercial real estate project manager, and then in 1992 he obtained a Tennessee Real Estate Broker License. Frank has served his community as a Board Member for the Better Business Bureau of East Tennessee and has worked with the East Tennessee Technology Access Center. He is a member of the Tennessee Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors. In 2007, he served as the Chairman of the Commercial MLS Committee for the Knoxville Area Association of Realtors; in 2009, he served as the Designation Promotion Chairman for the East Tennessee Chapter of CCIM. Currently he serves on a Tennessee Association of Realtors advisory group on Commercial Real Estate Contracts. Frank Weiskopf holds the CCIM Designation. The CCIM Institute confers this Designation to recognize individuals who are experts in commercial and investment real estate.
