Matthew J. McDonald, founding Broker of Jamison Properties, has over 3 decades of Real Estate Experience. He got his start in 1985 when he started working for his family's Title Company and then moved into Residential Real Estate in 1987.
A brief career with the Florida Real Estate Commission as an Investigation Specialist II, (1988-1996), led to a position with Watson Realty in their Central Florida Regional Office as V.P. Director of Management Services. From there he went back to selling real estate in 1998.
In 2010, Matt made the transition to Commercial Real Estate. He has handled multiple REO properties for Regions Bank ranging from Vacant Land, Office Condos & Small Buildings, to Warehouses. He has also marketed and/or sold traditional properties like Multi Unit Strip Centers, Warehouse/Retail Space and a 28 Lot Subdivision in Winter Park, Florida.
