Steve Toner, MBA, MPA, TRC is an Associate Broker and Senior Advisor with SVN Saunders Ralston Dantzler Real Estate. He works the greater Tampa Bay region specializing in land for developmentand investment, with over $13,000,000 in sales last year, over $7,000,000 under contract and $47,000,000 in exclusive listings since joining the firm in 2015.
Since 1989 he has gained extensive experience with marketing land for acquisitions; working with builders and developers in
residential, commercial and industrial markets; often good candidates for conservation easements and 1031 Exchange
strategies.
Steve has consulted with local and international (Foreign Direct Investment) clients who are involved in trade and investment from Europe, Canada and Latin America; having conducted 21 international trade and investment missions with investors. He presents the advantages of owning property in the Tampa Bay region to take advantage of considerable tax savings in a Free Trade Zone (FTZ), now available nearly everywhere in West Central Florida.
Steve is a candidate for the CCIM and ALC designations. He earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) at Northern Kentucky University and a Master of Public Affairs (MPA) at the University of Cincinnati. His Bachelor of Arts work was completed at the University of Kentucky and Northern Kentucky University. He also holds the Certificate of International Trade from USF and USDOC.
Prior to working with SVN Saunders Ralston Dantzler Real Estate, Steve owned his own brokerage and marketing firm, Coastal Strategies; served as Vice President International of a national real estate franchise; served as Director of Business Development for a national engineering firm, Belcan Corp; and was Director of Development and Alumni at his alma mater, NKU.
