Active in Florida real estate since 1981. Graduate University of Florida, BSBA - Real Estate and Finance. Member - Appraisal Institute (MAI) and CCIM member of CCIM Insitute. Through 1993, principal and partner in a regional appraisal, valuation and consulting firm. Currently provide non-appraisal valuation services including asset management, transaction management, brokerage, & real property investment analysis/counseling.
Since 1993, full time in real estate development. Successful projects to date include an 850+ lot single family community, high-end Gulf-front residential condominum community, acquisition & long term ownership of water front, manufactured home community, and numerous free standing, retail build to suits. Ex.VP & Partner of BSG Communities, and responsible for overall project development, focusing on strategic planning, financial & feasibility analysis, construction management, permitting/entitlements and contract/lease negotiations.
Focus primarily on commercial build to suits, but very watchful of residential markets.
