Dan Messina has over 25 years of commercial real estate experience. He is a licensed real estate broker in MA and NH, a Licensed Construction Supervisor in Massachusetts and has earned his Certified Property Manager®, Certified Commercial Investment Member, Certified International Property Specialist and Certified Occupancy Specialist designations.
The principals of the Messina companies have developed and constructed a number of properties in the Greater Boston Area over the last 4 decades. We design and build quality properties with an emphasis on efficient floor plates and common areas while also considering the long-term maintenance of the property during the design phase in order to control operating costs over time. Many of these developments are still in our portfolio today.
As investors and real estate professionals, we understand the importance and stability that comes from long term ownership and stable property management. We currently own and manage a portfolio of investment properties in the Greater Boston Area and continue to look at opportunities to expand our real estate holdings.
