Karl “Dee” Maret, CCIM has brokered hundreds of commercial transactions in the Tampa Bay area and is experienced with investors/owners and users in every major sector. The broker-associate joined Bridgewater Commercial in 2018 after 11 years with Coldwell Banker Commercial, including six years as that firm's West Central Florida & Florida Director and his last two years with the company as a national co-director -- leading more than 700 agents from Hawaii to Maine. He served as the 2018 CCIM President for Florida's West Coast District. Maret began his real estate sales career in 2004, earning his company’s Rookie of the Year honors. He was asked to become a partner with Bridgewater in 2020, and proceeded to help the firm total $47.725 million in overall transaction volume in 2021, tripling it's year-over-year production.
