Patricia Sullivan is a fourth generation Orlando native. A graduate of the University of Central Florida, she holds a degree in Industrial Psychology. She maintains both a Florida Real Estate license and CAM license (Community Association Management), and is a current candidate for CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member).
Patricia started her career in Real Estate fourteen years ago and has focused on the commercial and investment sector since 2004. She joined Olde Town Brokers in 2010, after spending seven years with Bishop Realty & Development and Citispace Orlando, respectively.
Patricia specializes in the sale and leasing of office, multi-family, and mixed-use development. She also has extensive knowledge in the management and accounting of large multi-family properties, and office and residential community associations.
In her spare time she enjoys traveling, going to the beach, and volunteering with animal rescue organizations.
