Linda is course author and instructor. She is also on the Florida Realtor faculty. Linda has been writing and teaching continuing education courses in her areas of expertise since 2010. These courses are centered on Environmental Concerns, Green/Energy Efficiency, and Commercial Real Estate.

Linda’s obtained her real estate license in 2005 and brings a unique perspective to the real estate field as she also has 20+ years of experience as an environmental consultant working on projects throughout Florida. For more than 10 years Linda was actively involved with the local Home Builders and Contractors Association allowing her to gain important contacts and knowledge on “green” building techniques and improving a home’s energy efficiency.

Linda is currently an active commercial real estate agent specializing in all non-residential property types, especially vacant land throughout Brevard County. Her experience includes assisting owners to lease or sell their property, assisting buyers of tenants in purchasing or leasing, respectively, and in working with investors to find the right property for their purposes. Linda also uses this expertise to assist Owners and Buyers regarding the intricacies of developing a property with advice on how to optimize a property’s use in relation to environmental concerns. She also assists owners/sellers of vacant land to set competitive prices and potential owners/buyers with negotiating a competitive price based on existing environmental conditions that may be present on the property.
